Anyone who has a cardiac pacemaker, has deep vein thrombosis, anyone who is pregnant, has severe uncontrolled hypertension (BP> 180/100), is being treated for cancer, acute or recent myocardial infarction, fever, unstable angina pectoris, uncontrolled seizures, Raynaud’s syndrome, cold allergy, acute kidney and urinary tract diseases, open wounds or ulcers, and is under influence of drugs or alcohol.
