Why Combining EBOO and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Creates a Stronger Healing Environment
Many chronic health challenges today are driven by a combination of inflammation, impaired circulation, oxidative stress, and toxic burden. When these factors are present, the body’s ability to heal efficiently becomes compromised.
EBOO therapy is often used as a first step because it works directly with the blood. During EBOO, blood is cleansed from toxins, oxygenated, and exposed to ozone in a controlled setting. This process is designed to help reduce inflammatory load, support immune signaling, and improve blood quality.
Patients frequently report that after EBOO, brain fog lifts, inflammation decreases, and energy improves. These changes suggest that the internal environment has been shifted into a more receptive state for healing.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) builds on this foundation by delivering oxygen under pressure, significantly increasing the amount of dissolved oxygen available to tissues. This oxygen supports mitochondrial function, tissue repair, and improved circulation.
When HBOT is performed after EBOO, oxygen delivery occurs in a system that has already been detoxified and optimized. Clinically, this sequencing often leads to more noticeable and longer-lasting benefits than either therapy used alone.
A commonly recommended approach includes a short EBOO series followed by approximately 20 hyperbaric sessions. This combination supports both immediate physiologic reset and deeper cellular recovery.
